If a wedding is in spring?

July 8th, 2008
Coral Springs
W asked:

So I love the colors chocolate brown, yellow and orange…not convict orange but you know a soft, coral orange. How can I use these colors for spring or would it be to fall-like and if NOT how could I use the orange and yellow together??? With maybe a darker color to pull away from the brightness of the Orange and yellow together…..

I do think the brown lends itself to fall. If you’re omitting it, how about bright pink (fuchsia), yellow and orange? I was just in a wedding with those colors and as much as I thought it would look terrible, it was actually gorgeous, and everyone was commenting on our dresses and flowers.

Alternately, if you went with a tan or champagne color instead of a deep brown, it might work.

My opinion using chocolate brown and lime green.
My opinion using chocolate brown orange and going with something that has more of pop like orange.

The colours are fine for spring but only if you use the brown very sparingly as an accent colour and im.
An accent colour coral is wonderful new colour and im glad to see it back it would be best paired with soft yellow.
