Has anyone here worked with Consumer Law Center in Coral Springs FL?

I’ve hired them for debt consolidation and am paying just over $200/month. My problem is I signed up with them in November of 2007 and they have done nothing to my knowledge to help me out. I get calls every day from collections and they have not sent me statements or paid any of the debt down. They claim to be negotiating interest and late fees.

I’ve never hired a debt consolidator and don’t know if this is normal and one day it will all just magically be okay.
Any advice is welcome (except the wise *** replies)
